We are not trying to soundtrack your commute. We make records for the hours nobody schedules: the long drive home, the kitchen at 3am, the comedown, the second wind.
Every release is mastered for low volume in a dark room, not a festival field. The bass sits where a neighbour can live with it. The top end is rolled off so it does not bite at 4am.
We are nine artists and one mastering desk in a converted laundry in Marrickville. We put out what we would actually stay up for.
